Poor customer service, rarely get the orders correct. Rude teenagers running the place. When you call in an order 30 minutes... ahead, it is still not ready and you will have to sit and wait for an incorrect order. The food is good, but not consistently.If their typical chef is out, which he often is because he is a drummer, DO NOT GO. You will be eating raw food. I had to takeback at breakfast burrito with raw bacon in it. Would not recommend. Read more

This was our first visit here and thoroughly enjoyed it! The girls working here were super friendly, smiling and so helpful! The... food took a while to come out but was very good! I got the caramel macchiato drink, iced and it was superb, perfection, notwatery at all. We will definitely make another visit!!! Read more

Have you ever walked into a cafe and thought to yourself, ?This is my home away from home?? Cafe 23:5 has that vibe. I ordered a... pumpkin spice latte. I always forget to specify the milk type, but here the barista asks what kind of milk you would like. Thestaff even made my dog a little pup cup with a dog treat inside. Highly recommend for anyone and everyone to check this cafeout!! Read more
UPDATE: went in for breakfast and the service was much improved. No one is very friendly- they don?t say thank you or good... morning but the service was faster than before and the food was amazing. So happy with the food quality. Last visit: My firsttime in and thankfully I didn't order food. It was still a 35 min wait for an unsweetened tea and a vanilla bean chill. I wentin on Sunday at 11:15 and tables were full and no one had food or drinks. That was a red flag but since we only got drinks, wedecided to order. I can tell 2 of the 3 front workers were trying really hard. The girls taking orders was hustling along withthe girl making coffees. But the young boy was just lost. The girl taking orders was making drinks, cleaning tables, takingwater to customers. But zero communication. Witnessing frustrated patrons asking how much longer, and some saying they waited 40min for food, partial orders while others in the same party waited for theirs. Management needs to give guidance on processesfor efficiency. Too much time is wasted figuring out what food goes where, the young boy running out cups of water to tables. Helooked very lost and confused. I'm excited to try the food but the service gets a 2. I'll update when I try the food. Read more
