Ordered large pans of the beef brisket and bourbon chicken for my daughter's birthday party. Every guest was really impressed,... Hess's BBQ is top notch! We took deer meat here last season too and got a variety of things made with it, no complaints aboutany of it! The maple grillers are so delicious and the sweet bologna is perfect, it tastes like what my Pap's sweet bolognaalways tasted like. You can tell they actually smoke their meats and not just add smoke flavoring. Highly recommend for cateringand for getting venison made into sausages and bologna! Read more
