Unfortunately they got my order wrong. It took about 20 minutes just to place an order. I ordered an Italian beef sandwich with... sweet peppers, dipped; as well as a hot dog with everything on it. When my order finally arrived there were two Italian beefsandwiches dry with zero peppers. Read more

Always look forward to eating at Portillo?s! This location disappointed tho. Asked for extra gravy on the side and got it all... over the sandwich. The bread was all soggy by the time it made it back to the hotel to eat. Did carry out and didn?t check theorder. Normally we eat in but did take out at this location. Lesson learned don?t get take out and check order before leaving.Beef also was skimpy servings. Could have put both sandwiches together to equal one. Read more
