I use Bechetti's for all our events. I have never been disappointed with the food or service I have received. The variety of... food is amazing and its all cooked perfectly ~ They have something for everyone. Daren who works for the establishment is sokind and helpful and really loves his job. I went into Bachetti Bothers two and a half weeks ago to place a catering order. A friendly and helpful man sat down with me to... discuss my order and details of my event. It was a Sunday and I was told that the lady who handles catering was not there, butthat he would leave the order and my information for her and that she would be in touch with me within a day or two. I waited aweek and did not hear back. So I then went and filled out an online catering order request, thinking maybe my original order hadbeen misplaced and not seen by the woman who handles catering. It's been 5 days now and still nobody has gotten in touch with mefrom Bachetti Brothers. My event is now less than 3 weeks away so I decided not to wait any longer and contacted a differentcatering company. They got back to me right away and I have now placed an order through them instead. Read more

When we started planning the wedding, we were not overly thrilled with the list of food vendors. They were either too pricey or... just not what we wanted. I had used Bachetti Brothers for my daughter?s baby shower and received rave reviews about the food. Icontacted Bachetti Brothers and Aurora reached out to me. My goodness ? what a Godsend. She asked questions so we could get asolid price and so she would know our expectations (did we want them to serve food, did we need plates/flatware, did we needtablecloths, etc.). She put together a menu and prices for us. Every time we spoke, she was noticeably clear that we couldchange anything that we wanted. As we moved forward, the only thing that did NOT cause my daughter and I stress was the planningof the food. No matter what we asked or what we changed?Aurora was so calm and helpful. Three weeks prior to the wedding, mymother, my daughter, my granddaughter, and I all ended up with COVID. While we all recuperated fine, it was another level ofstress. Due to the increase in COVID, there were about 10 elderly relatives that did not attend. Aurora and Bachetti Brotherswere extremely helpful in my head count changes and they were incredibly patient while we were trying to get through ourillnesses and keep things moving. Again, her patience is phenomenal. We changed the menu items no less than 5-8 times. Auroranever flinched. She is also incredibly honest about pairing items, what she thinks will work or not work. The hors d?oeuvreswere delicious, well prepared, and plentiful. They prepared a separate area for the bridal party so they would have appetizerswhile having pictures done ? the bridal party was delighted! We decided on a buffet for dinner. While the venue insisted, we didnot need 2 buffet lines, Aurora indicated we absolutely did need two lines ? she was totally right, it was so smooth?no longlines waiting to get their dinner.
