Get rid of this franchise location. It shows how terrible it?s doing when they can?t afford shift managers better than... dishwashers no other restaurants want. The reviews higher than 2 stars are clearly paid- reviews and don?t even remotelyrepresent the service or quality this location truly has. The McDonalds across the street is always on the top of their game,is respectful, and food is always hot & fresh. Seriously consider closing so we can get a better business in this retaillocation. We ordered food,ice tea and glass of water. The woman at drive thru,acted miserable and unfriendly. Wouldn't get up from her... seat to hand us our food. We asked for the glass of water we ordered. She said it costs 30 cents. She never added it,when weordered it and rolled her eyes. Poor service. Read more
I mobile ordered and waited 40 minutes in the drive thru. They had enough people on staff but it seems like everyone was in a... state of confusion and were lackadaisical. We ordered 12 sandwiches. That's a lot for any business. The staff was amazing. It did take a little longer, but that's normal... with that much food! We will definitely stop here again on our way to OCMD! Read more

Really bad attention issues here and there is a total lack of concern with order accuracy. I had to send my burger back 4 times... before it was even 90% my way. This took way too much time and left me with deep concerns about quality. Also, was a line for along time before being acknowledged and I was only one of three people in the store at the time. That it was not busier at lunchshould have also given me pause. I am not a big fan or burger king in general so this experience only enhanced by disinterest inthe brand and product.
