A really great place for a casual tasty breakfast. I had the smoked salmon sandwich with wasabi cream cheese, really good. A... great large cup of coffee. My wife & I, joined by our dog, typically have our Saturday breakfast at the Cafe (renamed Centreville Place). We enjoy the... charming, dog-friendly atmosphere and welcoming, pleasant staff. Today, the swiss & mushroom quiche was among the very bestwe've ever had, and the fresh fruit and mixed berry muffin were excellent. A truly outstanding breakfast! I?ve been here before and food was great. However i can?t support a business that doesn?t support its neighbors. This morning... I had been biking and ran out of water. I stopped in to get a refill on my water bottle. They actually told me they couldn?t. It would have been very easy to give me a cup of tap water - but they weren?t at all willing to consider it. Enjoyed the Centerville Cafe on Sunday afternoon with a party of six for afternoon tea. We were presented with a very tailored... selection of tea for every different pallet. Four traditional courses: sandwiches, savory, sweet, scones. 2.5 hours of time toconverse in a historic and lovely setting. It was a special afternoon, and our host (also the owner) made us feel verypampered.
