Replacing hard shell ?corn? tacos with soft ?flour? tortillas without my permission is unacceptable. Gluten allergy. This... location is asking for a lawsuit. Since the manager thought this mistake was funny, maybe I should do everyone a favor and suethe pants off of them so they can finally shut this location down. The CEO Brian received a nice detailed letter. You betterbelieve that I?m not every other customer and will make sure something is done. Update: gave them another shot after 7 months and received even worse. Ordered a salad with chicken peppers mild medium sour... cream cheese and guac and received a little lettuce with peppers on it. Absolutely disgusting!!! They should be ashamed ofthemselves. Called and manager was nonchalant and didn?t seem to care they sent $1 worth of lettuce and peppers on a. $35order. Horrible!! One of my worst experience at a Chipotle restaurant. I bought a burrito bowl to go. One, the server was not good on... proportions. My bowl had excessive amount of brown rice but little chicken. Secondly, the chicken was cut down to "kibble bits."It was awful, I barely taste any chicken in my bowl. Lastly, the restaurant was not stocked well for it's customers. Hopefullyyou guys do better! Will not be coming back to this location. Read more
So I placed an Pollo Asado order and clearly it states that I ordered guacamole however this is what I received. I received very... little Pollo Asado, I?m sure scraps of what was left, no guacamole (which to me is what makes the meal and paid extra) , somesour cream and no utensils as we requested utensils. I guess you have to go in and place/pick up your order. This is the firsttime ordering through an app from here and I?m disappointed! NEVER AGAIN! After coming back and looking at other Doordash/reviews I?m convinced the workers are doing this on purpose. People pay for what they want and should get just that whether aDoordash order or not , there?s no way you can be that incompetent . Whoever?s doing Doordash orders needs to be looked over bymanagement. Read more
