Food is great! Wish they would open the dining room! Only a handful of tables in amongst the steady customer traffic.

My Fiancé was going to try something different to eat from this establishment for a change for her break from work. She... typically gets the chef salad or a cheesesteak. She had decided to get a chicken tender meal. When she got to sit down at workand eat she noticed the chicken tasted bad and even smelled horrible. She even got a colleague at work to confirm her suspicionfor added validity. When she went back to straighten the situation out everyone agreed to a cheesesteak. She was told 10minutes. My fiancé returned in 10 minutes for her food and instead was met with criticism from the manager/owners wife Jessica.Jessica struck down my fiancés order and took no accountability for the situation and citing ?policy? which was not a policythat my fiancé was informed of when she order the cheesesteak instead. Here?s the real kicker. After a refund was agreed upon.Jessica had the nerve to tell my fiancé ?don?t come back here?. This whole ordeal took my fiancé?s whole lunch break and shewas not able to eat because of this. Later that night I came to the establishment to speak with Jessica to cite my concernsregarding this matter and instead of being helpful she met me with equal disrespect when I cited that someone told her to ?don?tcome back?. She could not help her self but to constantly try (and miserably fail) to hide her laughing. This matter is notsomething to be laughing about when it?s a customer in general or customers LIKE US THAT HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR A COLLECTIVE20+ YEARS OF PATRONAGE! Read more

I have been a customer for as long as it has been Little Vinnie's. I will never again do business here. Jessica provided my... friend with the worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed. She felt her chicken tenders my have been spoiled, theyhad an oder, tasted odd and were rubbery. When she returned them and ordered a different menu item Jessica refused her orderissued her a refund and told her to never return. This is unacceptable. Jessica should never again be in a position to deal withmembers of the public Read more

Should have read the reviews before I went there. I ordered a large stuffed pizza after 4 years of not coming back (because it?s... now too far away) paid over $20 and all I got was stuffed dough with barely any sauce, and toppings. I guess being under newmanagement didn?t help the business, but made it worse. Read more

Literally just came from vinnies and I don't know what changed over there but the pizza tasted old and was hard. I'm about to... put it in the over to bake it to see if that will soften it or at least make it edible. I'm so sad they were so good. Read more
