Went to Longhorns on Concord Pike for the second time in one week. Remarkably consistent and food extremely tasty. Considering... it was Father?s Day, the service was impeccable. We were seated within seconds and our appetizer was on the table within fiveminutes.We had Hailey and Antonia this time and both were superb!!!! When I walked in I was warmly greeted and I requested to sit at the bar. I was told Shantal would take good care of me and that... she did! My martini was perfect and the shrimp and lobster chowder was delicious. My wings I requested cooked hard and garlicbutter and lemon. I just got regular butter but Chantal fixed it without me asking. I met a regular "Pat" who told me howawesome she was and he was right. She was making drinks, taking calls and covering a section and and still gave everyoneindividual attention. Tonight, Wednesday, July 6, 2022, was my first time visiting, and I was very pleasantly surprised. We were quickly seated at a... booth as we requested by a pleasant hostess. The female server was very kind, patient, well-informed and efficient. Theirversion of Long Island iced tea was better than most places. The Caesar salad was good, the stuffed mushrooms were nicelypresented and full, the stuffed sweet potato was cooked perfectly and the t-bone steak was cooked as ordered, medium, nicelyseasoned and very flavorful. The lobster tail was quite small, but seemed adequate for the price, and cut so it was easilyremoved from the shell served with melted butter. My companion ordered the house salad, the fried onion appetizer, baked potatowith sour cream, sirloin cooked medium and fuzzy navel to drink. She was also pleased with the outstanding service and deliciousmeal. We can't wait to return. Read more
