Please don?t order delivery from this place. They require an insulated bag, which is fine, I use one when delivering, however... the front lady was very rude about it. Also delivery drivers are contractors and are not legally required to use any sort of bagor any specific item. Read more
This is one of the worst resturaunts I?ve ever been in, in Wilmington. I understand being understaffed, but that doesn?t mean... the employees have to be rude, dismissive, or generally have no knowledge on what is served in the restaurant. They don?t giveyou what you ordered and then complain about giving it to you. I will never come back to this store specifically and May nownever go back to beach bagels. Read more
My 3-yo said his breakfast is ?BAGELTASTIC!? He recommends an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese
The bagel wasn't toasted, I asked twice to have it toasted. No napkins in the bag. Second time disappointed. No stars would be a... more appropriate rating. I will add that due to the number of signs/directions all over the place, things like napkins needed tobe picked up will be missed. Communication is key here, you have an overload of signs, customers in a hurry will miss a lot. Read more

I?m my opinion this place doesn?t have very good customer service cold bagels after toasted small staff if you leave a review... the owner probably won?t contact you to see what the issue was just belittle you Weird business practice but hey to each theirown.
