Not sure how every single weekend you can be out of slaw and not try ordering enough the following week to be able fulfill your... customers order. Take it off the menu or order the correct amount. Other than that the chicken and biscuits are good. Read more
Drive-thru wasn't moving, so I placed curbside order and waited 15 minutes. Finally gave up and went inside. Watched 9 people... roaming around the kitchen aimlessly, not really serving anything quickly. Girl working the counter tried to get my order butgot it wrong twice. At the 520 college road location in Wilmington nc today around noon the young man talking through the mic on the drive through... was very rude to me. I asked for a number 13 which says it includes two thighs and one drum stick and also include twosides..when he asked me if I wanted two thighs I got confused because it said it included it so I questioned about that heseemed to be frustrated in his voice then he asked me if I wanted one or two sides and again I was confused because the signsaid it included two sides..I wasn't being rude I just was making sure I read it right because the sign said two sides. He beganto get increasingly annoyed by my curiosity and said at this point you can go somewhere else and I said well at this point yourbeing rude to a customer and I asked to speak to someone else because he was rude to me...I hope he didn't do anything to myfood...I always have to be careful at this location because often times I'll get back to work to find what I ordered wasn't whatthey gave me. The girl at the window was polite but I didn't appreciated being treated that was as a customer...next time I'llgo to cook out even though I really wanted Bojangles...also normally they give u two biscuits and I think he gave me a brokenone on purpose and only gave me one that I am Not eating because I'm afraid he did something to it. The absolute worst Bojangles I have ever been to. Every last person working here was rude as hell. They gave us half of our... order and then were rude when we asked for the rest of our order. Also we were given the wrong sauce. And again they're wererude when we asked for the correct sauce. When we went inside to get the correct sauce no one was paying attention and seemedannoyed that we were interrupting their texting. This place should be closed and the staff should all be fired. I'd never been to a Bojangles, as I don't live in the south. I ordered a chicken sandwich and lived the taste. However, I was... disappointed that it was spicy. I thought I had ordered the non-spicy version. I would have rated this place a 4 or 5 star basedon food taste alone, but the girl taking my order at the drive through was just totally uninterested and pretty rude. I guessthat's par for the course at most fast food places, but there are fast food places that demand their employees provide goodservice.
