I had a great time on Sunday eating at FISH BITES. It waS my first time eating T this restaurant. I heard so much about it,... I was amped up to taste so much. As a group of three, mom, girlfriend and spent alot of time studying the menu, looking forthe best items. We ordered 3 entrées and one Appetizer. I mental notes of what I went to order next time. Appetizers wasthe mushroom risotto cake. It was a good it may neec a lil more seasoning. It was good. It came to the table as proportion. Iliked the concept l. I would definitely order it again. For entree I ordered the stuffed salmon. My mother had the maple bacon salmon And girlfriend had the something close a crabcake eggs Benedict. I can remember the name. It may have somelobster in the seafood cake. All of it was very pleasing to our hunger. Even my side items of mixed veggies was cooked spoton and some garlic mash potatoes that I asked a shredded cheese blend to go with it. My proportion was full filing I had notroom for some wonderful huge layered cakes. I head the are different every week. Won't pass thar up next time! Ourservice was top notch and. Consistently attentive. We at here on Sunday at 12. It wasn't to 12:30 - 1 it got a little busier. It's small place but also has outside dinning. Intimate dining, with patio dining available. Typical Nautical decor, but the food was Delicious! Fried calamari with the... tentacles, "Shrimp bombs", and the Fisherman's stew was Divine! Waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. Definitely worth mydrive! (60+ miles). Read more
Update: taking away a star from my original review. On a return visit, we checked in online and arrived at the time our check-in... told us to...but the restaurant disregarded this. They told me we'd be the next party seated, but 30 mins and many seatedparties later, we were finally seated. I don't have a problem with waiting, but I do have a problem with using technologyincorrectly and then lying about it. The food that visit was less tasty as well. Fish bites is a relatively smallspace (so be prepared to wait or join the online waitlist), but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in quality of food andservice. Despite the odd location, this is the best seafood I?ve had ever since I?ve been in this country. The fried fish and shrimp were... tasty and flavorful, when most restaurants? fried seafood is bland. We were a party of 8, everyone?s picky with their andeveryone loved every dish and sides we got.
