I have been meaning to get over to "The Maine Lobster Roll Company" ever since we moved to Wilma two years ago. I should have... gone sooner because the Lobster Mac 'n Cheese is just the most decadent, rich and uncommonly good dish you will ever eat. Theyreally know what they are doing and I can just imagine how good the rolls must be--next time! There is a reason that this placehas a high average review, it is just that good. No frills, quick in and out and order ahead, and they have a wide variety offar northeast (Maine/Boston) delicacies. They do not produce comfort food, this is reward food. I wasn?t sure what to order and the girl at the register and the cook were super friendly and explained what and howthe rolls came. I ordered a lobster roll and lobster Mac and cheese for two.
