Rombach location has very poor customer service. I did not get what I ordered, I went back through the drive through to get it... corrected and the manager would not give me what I ordered because "I didn't pay for it." She was rude and did not give anapology. The correct response should have been, " I'm sorry let me get that taken care of for you" or even "I'm sorry, ill takecare of it do you mind paying the difference." Instead, I paid the extra cost, my meal was hardly even a meal, it was literallythrown in the box, and the chicken strip still had hardly any of the sauce that I just paid for. An apology and a good attitudegoes a long way in a manager position, I expect better. Read more
