We?re here in Wilson waiting out Storm Ian. My husband got us dinner at this BK. We were expecting the worst but we?re... pleasantly surprised! The whopper & whopper jr were hot , fresh & delicious. Ordered some chicken sandwiches, which all were burnt to a crisp! Then ordered a few burgers and clearly stated ONLY lettuce... and cheese and they still put some nasty sauce on them! They obviously just don't care! Read more
Sent one of my employees to get my staff some breakfast and when she returned with the food we were missing 3 croissants and I... called back to the store and had a rude lady tell me without a receipt which we did not get this time round told me im prettymuch im out of luck. I?m calling corporate due to the fact that there was bulky chucks of black stuff built up in the sweet tea . There was not... enough employees to run the store only 2 employees and 1 manger . It always something wrong w the credit card machine.. the icecream machine always down . Every time I come through drive through it?s an skinny black lady that?s always being rude , shealways have an very nasty attitude . The owner should be held accountable for there poorly staff .
