Worst experince ever food was cold and when i talked to a manager I believe her name is Shawanda she was the rudest most... unprofessional manager ive ever spoken to. Didnt care at all didnt even apologize or seem to care but after speaking to her ican see why. For the sake of that place they should terminate her and half the employees and get better people hired to run thestore cause if it keeps goin the way its goin they will run that place into the ground. My customer service experience was good here. The staff did great. The food was tasty.
Order a 5 piece chicken tenders and they charge me for it got home and it was a 3 piece instead including the food was very cold... were I live 7 mins up the road so there no way it could have got that cold that quick. I didn't go to the Hardee up the roadacross from Walmart like i normally do because I went there 2 days through the drive-thru and I waited 10 mins at the orderwindow after be told to wait I would understand if they were busy but both times there was only a car or two in line. Horrible experience here. Cashier was extremely uninviting, rude, and lacked any kind of customer service skills. Cashier Ania... was who we dealt with. She never greeted us, gave us an ugly look, and was generally rude. I even said thank you after theexperience and she ignored me. Read more

I made a large order and Deborah was my cashier. After the order was completed and I actually got my bag of food I had a... question for Deborah asking her to check out the price because I ordered everything separate and I thought it would have beencheaper if I'd ordered it in a meal. Deborah was very friendly and helpful. She did not catch an attitude and I appreciatethat! Cameron, the manager, also was very friendly and helpful. Phenomenal customer service! Thank you both for knowing whatthat means! You guys are awesome! In this day and age it is more often than not to receive terrible customer service. Manypeople in the customer service industry have a bad attitude. So it is nice to come across people who are actually friendly andpleasant to encounter???? Read more
I made a rather large order and Deborah was my cashier. After ordering are you getting my Bag of food I ask a question as far as... it Being less expensive had I ordered it in meals. I wasn't thinking when I made the order by Deborah was very friendly and didnot have an attitude when I asked a question. Cameron, the manager was also very friendly and helpful! Thank you both forknowing the definition of customer service.. Phenomenal job thank you! In this day and time it seems as though many people inthe customer service industry get a nasty attitude if you ask any questions and sometimes even if you don't ask questions. To start the manager was smoking in front of the drive through window with other employees. I sat at the window for 20min and... then was told the cook left and no one knew how to cook. This manager had no sense of leading anything and should not be holdingthat position. Very displeased and I hope the upper management does something about this horrible manager.
