Manager was outstanding. I was going to drive through in a young lady refuse to make my order right then went ahead and called... my money fake. I proceeded to walk inside and repurchase my order. In the process I told the cashier that I was verydisappointed and upset about what happened then she proceeded to tell the manager the manager took action and spoke to the youngcatcher at the drive thru. The manager apologize in her behalf and I appreciate the gesture it means more to me than anything.This is the first place I have come to where a manager cares about their customers. The app seems like it would be great for deals if you are a repeat customer. From my experience, the cashier's have not been... trained to help navigate the site, even when you park and go in. I guess it is a learning experience for us all. Read more

I have had the worst start of my day at the Macdonald at Nash street. First they got my order wrong even though I was trying... hard to make sure they get it right, then she told me it was my fault that I gave them the order wrong even when I was tryingover and over to have her listen while placing my order, and then she started telling other customers how she is trying to benice to me and how I was being difficult. I understand as she said she has been working long hours but does that justify ruiningmy day as well and shaming me with other people.
