I always get a cheeseburger with ONLY ketchup and unions and a small fry. I always confirm. I asked the young man who handed... me the bag, 'Only ketchup and onions, right? He said yes. NOT! They put the doggone pickles on it! Sure, you say, just takethem off. I did, but that pickle flavor was still on the burger. I normally check bag b4 driving off...this time I did not andI paid for it. Smh Read more

I pulled in the drive thru at 1:11pm I ordered by 1:13 I paid I pulled up to the window to get my food. The lady at the window... gave me only a drink she asked me to pull up and wait for my fries and fish sandwich.. I asked her about how king it would beshe said 2min I kindly pulled behind the other car who was waiting about 5 min that I know of ? I sat there for 12 min waitingfor my food (on a 30 min lunch) so I walked into the establishment and asked about my food to the gentleman that I saw bringfood to the first car .. the ?supervisor? rudely said ?if she give me time to make it? I said to her I been out there waitingand your window worker told me 2 min it?s been 15 at this point ? she barely closed the fish box threw the bag on the counter ?I looked in it she didn?t put my fries in there she was rude about that.. as she said ?well they only told me a fish sandwich?gurl you can?t read the ticket ? all of this in front of the ?store manager? who said nothing to his subordinate about beingrude and disrespectful to a customer. I asked for my money back both the supervisor and the Manager ignored me.. I walked awayat this point cause I didn?t wanna throw the food behind the counter? I called corporate they asked me to leave a message so Ilook forward to hearing ack from them. If I could give no stars and give them crumbs from this hard bread they gave me I would!Both the supervisor and the manager were rude and ignorant!! 2.5 stars rather than 2 or 3 if possible. Quite possibly the second worst McDonald's I have been to...the self order machines... were down, so it was the app or the regular human. We chose human. The order was processed just fine, but the person had lesspersonality than the out of order machines . The fries were fine. The big macs were as dry as Ben Shapiros wife. The nuggetswere good. The dining area was clean enough. I was nearly knocked down by unruly children, but since their adult caregiver wasyelling at the manager, I won't hold that against the restaurant. Good Management. You can tell through the employees. I go there atleast 3 tines a week. The employees are always friendly and... accommodating. I've never had a bad experience.It's nice to go through a drive thru and see friendly smiling faces. The food isgood and quick to get to you. Great Job to the McDonald's on Tarboro St. Read more
worst experience ever. Me and my friends sat in the drive through for 15 minutes until we had to finally pull up to order. We... ordered and when we FINALLY get our food they gave us some open packets of ranch. They forgot our straws and we had to getsomeone to go inside and get them while a kid in the back was screaming. Read more
