Looks closed at 10pm. Gave order at speaker. Girl comes to the window with a blanket around her to take my money. Then hands me... my change. I tell her the sauce I need window shuts. 3 min later another girl opens the window and holds out a bag. Not a singleword was spoken other than me placing the order and telling them what sauce I want. Also WHY IS YHE DINING AREA STILL CLOSED?Probably the only place in America in November 2022 where they never reopened the dining area. Read more
Food was wrong, fries were cold, they were out of lettuce and never mentioned it when I ordered, had no kids meal toys, I was... not given a receipt. The lady attempted to fix my food and proceeded to make it wrong AGAIN. Didn't have time to wait for it tobe fixed again and was too angry to be civil anymore. Now I'm going to have to buy more food somewhere else for my son so he canenjoy dinner. Read more
Love Wendy's and that's the reason I keep coming back but this one continuously leaves off a random condiment. Sometimes it's... ketchup and sometimes it's mustard. Sometimes the pickle. I get the same thing every time. A double stack. Wendy's food almostalways taste good either way but check your food especially before you leave the drive-thru. At first my experience was pretty bad. They were out of fries, stuff to make a frosty, Dr. Pepper, pretty much everything we... wanted. They didn?t have the stuff to make my sandwich either but instead of telling me, let me order it and when I got home itwas just a plain double cheeseburger. Although that being out of stuff is not their fault, they could have told me. Since I paidfor it, I did call and ask to speak to the manager. He was very nice to me and fixed it immediately! Everyone was extremely niceat the restaurant, I think they were just having a stressful night since their truck was running late. Mistakes happen and itwas fixed with professionalism and integrity. This was the worst drive thru experience I've ever had, ordered my food and went to the window. I gave my card to pay the worker... didn't say anything to me other than stare me down for some odd reason, then gives my card back, and didn't even ask if I wantedthe receipt. As I drove to the next window, a worker gave my drinks she was the only one that was nice, then as I put my drinksin my car, I turned and the manager didn't even give me a second to actually grab my food, literally threw my food at me andwalked off. I was the only customer they had at the moment and Wendy's need better service and better workers that will actuallytreat there customers with respect. Unacceptable Read more
We were in town for our family reunion and wanted a quick bite to eat. My daughter ordered three different combo meals with... special request. The person taking the order repeated the order back to us only for them to make the sandwich's wrong. We thenhad to leave the drive thru line and wait for our orders to be corrected. When the young man brought the food to back to us twoof the sandwich's were still wrong. Read more
I should have checked before driving off. When i was finally able to pull over and eat my Single it didnt taste right. After a... few bites i thought I'd share. Two pickle slices, one onion ring, one itty thin lettuce leaf....NO TOMATOES, nomustard. SLATHERED in mayo and ketchup. Good melted cheese. This is the third time this past year i thought Id try again. MAYBEthey will get a simple, no additions or subtractions order correct. Wishful thinking. Everytime I eat here something's wrong with food. I will just quit eating here. This time I got two chili's nothing but sauce... and no straw for my drink. $13+ down the drain. God! Read more
