Horrible service?rude and rushed while ordering. There was NO one there and they still made me feel rushed. I never eat at... Wendy?s so I was trying to find the kids menu. The food was COLD. The girl at the window just snatched my card from me, didn?thave any customer service skills whatsoever. Didn?t say one word to me. Got to the second window and they didn?t say anythingeither just gave me my cold food and closed the window? I?m literally never rude to anyone so it?s that I was being rude. I'm on the edge with this place it's not consistent service here from the cashier down to the cook. I love Wendy's but cold food... really that should never happen no one wants to pay for or eat cold food. I've come here and toss my food in the trash for wrongorder, cold food, drove off due to bad service. It's not the money it's the service for me. People in Wilson are complaining about the shortage of fast food workers and the rudeness of current workers. This Wendy?s... seems to be doing well. There is usually a line when I come. The wait isn?t too bad. Staff is always polite. My order isusually correct. Read more
Today made the third strike.... The first time my burger was pink, I took it as they were rushing... Had a long line.... Just an... oopsie. Then second time I was mad because that was our dinner, so I ate what I could and continued on... I hated to go backwith a complaint because one of the managers is mean and rude. But today.... I have had enough, somebody's gotta do somethingbefore someone or some child gets sick from undone food! They gave me a remake of my order, but the manager today wouldn't evenface me. Thumbs down!
