The food was good, the staff were friendly, my order is usually correct (they have messed it up before) when I go. Even if there... is a long line it usually move fairly quickly (there's sometimes a really long wait). The food is always hot. UPDATE: All ofthe things above are still true except during my trip yesterday, the girl used her MOUTH to open the plastic bag to put my foodin! Completely disgusted! It's really hit or miss. I've had some great meals here and some terrible meals here. Drive thru line always takes a long time.
Sorry to say the grease tasted old and it was as salty as it was hot couldn't finish it I wasted 8 bucks. So that hurts my... feelings and pocketbook. But also the red beans and rice were dry take a look at those beans they look like glue they're driedup and gummy. Just not a good day for chicken I guess. But the person that took my order was so good and friendly she did agreat job in taking my water very upbeat thank you for that that's probably the only reason why I'm not turning around andtaking this stuff back. Ordered through the app and came to pick it up. When I got to the drive-thru, they asked for my name and everything was fine... until I got to the window. At the window, we waited 20-30 minutes and the lady handed us the wrong order. It was a $60 order sowe didn't want to just take off with it so we confronted the employee about it. When we told her that we got the wrong order,the lady got mad at us and blamed us for getting the wrong order because apparently we didn't "correct" her even though wecouldn't because we were under the impression that she was making our order.
