Customer service is awful. Couple in front of us went to the cashier, ordered, got their food quite quickly. I ordered at the... menu board, couldn't find the 7 layer nacho fries. Finished the order then went to ask about the fries. As we walked to theboard the gentleman behind the counter walked off and ignored the guy behind the first couple. So he left. We waited about 5minutes to be acknowledged. They send a guy to the front that told us that they couldn't make the 7 layer nacho fries becauseit's "false advertising" only words he seemed to know. It's on their mobile order board, they have everything the make it, butit's "false advertising" Go to the one on Tarboro Street.
