I spent over $30 for pizza that was cold and barely had toppings when I ordered double of both toppings. My brother ate 3 pieces... before he got a bite of sausage. I ordered at 9:06 and my food wasn't delivered until after 11. The Parm bites were so greasythat the box was completely soaked. This is the second time I e ordered from them since I moved back to Winchester and bothtimes have had problems. So this time I asked for a refund. I was informed that the owner has a no refund policy that he onlyallows credits. If they can't do it right then I don't wanna try again. I'd rather have my money back. I understand being shortstaffed as I am a manager too but as the owner it's his responsibility to either staff up or take care of complaints in a mannerthat suits his customers rather than dumping that responsibility on some poor kid that probably doesn't have the experience todeal unsatisfied customers Read more
