In Winchester recently for business, staying in the nearby Wingate; we ordered ahead at this location 4-5 mornings in a row. ... Our order was accurate and ready every time - even when we arrived at the store before our order was supposed to be ready.Sometimes we stayed; other times, depending on our schedule, we had to grab and go. The staff here was friendly and professional. In front of me in line was a gentleman upset about a previous order vs. his... current order and the cost of the elements. They calmly got him on his way and he seemed pleased at the end. It also onlyslightly slowed down my ordering. This is a good sized location with a lot of seating and also a lot of room for people to bein the inside line. They also have a drive thru. Overall good experience and I'd go back to this location.
