You guys shouldn?t be a Taco Bell franchise. Front door is always locked and you guys are always close before the time that says... on your open hours since you close at midnight it is 11 o?clock. Ordered food with a substitute, there was no substitute. Which would be fine if I didnt pay extra for it. There was a homeless... man banging on his head staring at us in the lobby with a large unleashed dog walking around freely and barking out thedoors. Heard a worker yell "i hate this place" out loud. Theyll mess up your order and itll have MINIMAL meat and be poorlymade. Dont go inside if you enjoy peace, comfortability, or any sense of safety. What a wild trip. Read more
Visited again, this time on Friday 9/16 at 1:15pm to find that the dining room doors were locked. Upon looking in, two cashiers... noticed me and shrugged their shoulders. The drive thru was operating, but since I had walked over to the location for lunch, Iwas unable to order. Pretty disappointing experience, and with the staff not seeming to care about walk-in guests, one canimagine how much revenue this location is losing. I don't know why this store gets low stars. I ate there a week ago. Service was top notch and this has to be one of the best... Taco Bells I have been to. Food was fresh and delicious. Read more
