Placed an online order for pick up. Requested both sandwiches to be toasted in the special instructions because there is no... TOASTED button as she said there was. Also the veggies were FROZEN. I requested a refund for my sandwiches. Then the managercalls back and tried to have me drive back for new ones... I don't have time. Website says they close at 10, tried calling multiple times to place an order but no answer. So I decided to drive up there and... just order when I got there. When I got there open sign was still on and was told they close at 9:30 and she was doing her lastsandwich.
