This brewery/winery in Windsor Forks is in a quiet and beautiful location surrounded by hills and apple orchards. It feels... like a little slice of heaven We had the stuffed mushrooms and East Coast pizza. Both were fabulous, with the freshingredients shining through. My husband had a flight of the four beers that were on tap, and I had the cider. Again, all weredelicious. Long wait for food, and the quality did not live up to the wait. The food was good, but not as good as I remember. Seemed like... the restaurant was severely understaffed, and every little thing we asked for (beer or pepper) the server either forgot or ittook at least 10 minutes. Can't say enough about this place. If you want to go Italy but don't want to pay for flights, take the drive to Bent Bridge... vineyard instead! Wood fired pizza, craft brewery on-site and beautiful grape vines turned to awesome quality wine. Even thebottles are curved to match the Ridgeline in the distance.
