Went for my Moms birthday today! Fast service, great food, good customer service! I have nothing negative to say. I personally... got the fish tacos and didn?t have much of my side as it fills you right up! Parents got the bacon cheeseburger, burgers were abit dry. My girlfriend got the top sirloin steak, was filling, but wasn?t rare enough but still awesome experience! Also thecactus juice drink was awesome, paired perfect with my tacos! Read more
The steak was just good. However the lamb chop was not good at all. We asked for well done chops but it served as medium rare,... when we asked to changed the second time served totally burnt!!! They don't accept Discover/AMEX/Master card!!!! The way thatyou have to pay tip in front of servant is not professional. Read more
Went to dinner today at 7pm to chucks on tecumseh. As we arrived the couple in front of us was also waiting to be seated, we... were second in line. They were seated where desired outside. The manager told the server that no one else is to sit out theredue to "short staff" issues. I asked the manager to also sit there as the people in front of us did and he said no we cannotbecause of short staff issues. Mind you the restaurant was Not busy what so ever. Bar side only had one table occupied and a fewon the other. Patio was basically empty with only 3 or 4 tables. Photo attached. We decided to go else where and as I wasleaving the manager was very rude (male) and decided to make remarks as I was leaving. Went to Borboun on Ottawa.. patio withone server and had a great time!!!! I suggest that manager get some customer service training and maybe help serve the customerswho want to sit 40M away from where he demands. Read more
A perfect place to go with family and friends for a wonderful lunch. The staff is very helpful and The service is excellent.... The food was very tasty and we loved everything. The location is great with plenty of parking. I would recommend this is one ofthe best places to surely to have lunch when you are in Windsor. Read more
