What a wonderful surprise. A quaint Japanese restaurant tucked away in downtown Windsor. Food was good, service was spectacular.... This is a must if you’re in the area. Had first time proper Japanese meal experience in Hikari. So review is totally based upon the taste and not about cuisine or... comparison with other Japanese restaurants. Sushi and fried vegetables were the best. Vegan Bibimbap was average. Avocado creamcheese sushi was the better compared to avocado cucumber one. Ambience is good and serving is up to the mark.
