Ordered green beans with minced pork and hot sauce. No hot sauce no salt tasted like boiled beans. Called and asked and they... told me that next time I need to say Spicy Green Beans. $14.50 and was basically told not their fault. Not the same Jade as thedowntown Jade. I ordered directly from their website for delivery and one dish was missing when the food arrived. Called them to ask for the... missing item and they claimed that they definitely packed it. Not sure what they're trying to imply and how to prove that theydidn't deliver what I paid for.
