Horrible, horrible..placed an order at 12:41 am, was guaranteed delivery by 1:31 am, called at 1:45 am was.told they attempted... delivery, and then was told they called to tell me that they were out of donair meat..no one called.or showed up....will neverorder from here again. Picked up twice. Service was fast and decent. The staff was nice and friendly. Wasn't too busy.
I places the regular pizza and they made thin crust pizza. When I complained on phone they said you will be delivered the same... pizza. I waited for 75 minutes then I called back . They said " the supervisor in call center Nora and DSM of store took thedecision and canceled the order ." They never asked me about my complained or called me back to inform me that my order wascanceled. That store is in critical condition. They can't use broken oven but still they don't care.
