All Uber drivers beware, they make the order and leave it on the counter and wont acknowledge you at all. With Ubereats, by the... time we get the ping, the order should be ready by the time we get there, unless someone is right there in the parking lot. nowI don't mind waiting 3-5 minutes but when you let the order sit for 10+ min on the counter and wont even acknowledge the driver.They would rather help their regulars that walk in after you then offer help. Their excuse is "we are busy" I had like eightpeople come in after me and get help yet I could see my order sitting their waiting to be bagged up but no one would help me. Icanceled the order because now i would be delivering cold coffee. I also had to call uber to fix my cancelation rating and theyeven paid me for the inconvenience. In the end, if we have to wait, or their is problems with the order (missing items, etc) thecustomer takes it out on us (drivers) not the restaurant So what happens is, we waste our time waiting, then we do the delivery- then they reduce our tip - which absolutely kills us. If it happens twice in the same restaurant, I never accept orders fromthem again hence this is the THIRD TIME - I will never come back here again, its just not worth it Read more
Apparently Shrink-flation has hit Starbucks. They are replacing 1/4 of your drink with foam.
Awful location after renovations. It went from being the best Starbucks I went to, to the most terrible one. They literally have... 6 tables only for customers to sit and they closed down the best window corner seatings. I was told they are prioritizing drivethru service. If I?m spending 7 dollars in a drink, I?m not going on a drive thru. I go to enjoy the ambiance. If I want to goto a drive thru, I?ll do to a Tom Hortons and get cheap coffee. Not impressed at all.
