We went to Vittorio?s a couple of weeks back when we visited Windsor. Had heard so much about their pizza and pasta, decided to... have a taste. We ordered the chicken parmigiana, spaghetti carbonara, spinach and sausage pizza and margherita pizza. My friendsdid enjoyed the pizzas very much, nice flavour and chewy crust. I had the carbonara, flavour profile was excellent, pasta wasjust denté. The egg sauce clinged nicely, definitely the chef had it down to prepare this dish. I don?t know if they ran out ofpancetta because I had strip bacon in my pasta. To improve on the taste some fresh shredded parmigiana, would have put thiscarbonara in my top 5 Carbonara plates. Like the food, the vibe, the drink, the service. Panini (lunch menu) was excellent, fulfilling, flavorful, healthy,... delicious. My husband and I noticed the sign by the road on our way home, so I looked this restaurant up and sent a message through... messenger to see if I needed reservations, they got right back to me and we went there for date night. The restaurant is veryclean and comfortable. The service was excellent and very friendly staff. The food is excellent and well portioned and theprices are very fair. I would highly recommend this little gem to everyone. We certainly plan on going back whether date notor another night. Read more
