Poor communication and service. Signed up for an online class, and did not receive any links or instructions to participate.... When I phoned the studio for support, the person I spoke with stated they were unable to send me access to the online class andthat the teacher had not even acknowledged that I was registered for the online class. Thought I would try online first beforeattending the studio, but will not be attempting to go to this studio again. Read more

Amazing studio with a warm and inviting atmosphere - I was visiting from out of town but felt comfortable the minute I walked... in. Friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable staff and the vegan café next door was delicious (try their smoothies andhomemade protein balls - you will NOT be disappointed). What stood out to me the most though was the community vibe andconnectedness, which truly makes this studio great. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a yoga studio! Read more

I wish with all my heart I lived in Lake Country just so that I could give Invati Yoga a try! I did, however, get lured into... the café by the mouthwatering scents during my always amazing acupuncture treatment session with CJR Acupuncture (who works outof the same yoga building) that smelled like marinara sauce. Imagine my surprise when I found out it was a yummy soup! I wasthen floored to learn that the café was 100% gluten free and vegan! I'm not vegan due to being badly allergic to so many kindsof beans/legumes and lentils, but the fact that it was also completely gluten free made me entirely happy and that the soup thelovely employee made today was full of everything I COULD eat just made me feel so excited. Everything was just fabulous. Itwas truly, without a doubt, one of the best lunches I have had in an extremely long time, and super filling to boot! Whenever Ican afford to drop in again, I most certainly will. I wish you guys would open up a second location, yoga and café, in Kelownaproper!
