Updated review. Today, after church, I took my family to Johnny's. There were tables available, but most of them were not... cleaned. We ordered the all you can eat buffet and salad for each of us, but as we went through the salad bar, it was SO gross,that we asked for a complete refund. Why? It looked like it had not been wiped off or cleaned in hours. All of the salad andvegetable options/extras were mixed up and combined. There was nothing that was "just one thing", it was gross! There was alsono silverware available and when I asked for silverware, the answer was "we don't have no silverware that is clean." They didn'teven have any plastic forks out and had to go find some. They were simply not prepared and looked lost as to what to do. So, Iwent back to the salad bar where my wife was getting her salad. The lettuce looked several days old and it was brown and gray insome spots. The spinach was slimy and wet. It was just too much! I did not want my family eating there, so we asked for a refundand we left. I cannot tell you how discouraged I was because we actually love going to Johnny's. We've been to the West Monroeand Monroe stores and we're happy to find one in Winfield where we go every other Sunday after church. This, was a disaster andthere appeared to be no leadership or management that was making it a priority to clean the tables, clean the buffet area, oranything. Even the pizzas were hanging off of the plates onto the hot area of the pizza bar. I might be willing to give Johnny'sanother chance, but honestly there is no excuse for this being so dirty and unkept. Find me if people get sick from eating thelettuce and the vegetables they were all mixed together. Diced eggs in with tomatoes and water, chopped ham in with the eggs,etc. It just seemed gross. I really want this place to succeed but unless management takes some very drastic steps towardsadjusting the attitude of its employees, we will not be going back to Johnny's. Store is clean. Staff is helpful but not always friendly. Food taste good. Restaurant is clean. Prices are a little high.
Love it ....got fast servers and when the pizza arrived at our table it was very hot ...right out of the stove hot.....the... salad bar was clean an well stocked....... the restaurant it self was clean and everyone was very very friendly.......if youlike pizza. One of the best Johnny?s I have been too, and I?ve been eating at this franchise since the 80?s. Everything is always hot and... fresh. Service is fast and done with a smile. I highly recommend this location. Read more
