Normally I would take a picture of the food and post it but alas I wasn't able to. First off, the Ukrainian lady working the... counter and cooking was super friendly and a great person to chat to. Being from the Maritimes, including Halifax I got very excited when I found out about this place. As soon as I went inside the... smell reminded me of Donaire places back home. Having ordered take-out from there many times, the food is good a number of times. Other times not so much. I would give them a... 7/10 for consistency in quality. When I liked the food, the meat was tender and juicy. Other times I felt too much oil and saltin donair. I do not like the recipe of their hot sauce. One time I asked to put a sprinkle of hot sauce and they put it all overthe donair so it was very hard to eat.The hummus and garlic sauces are excellent. The chicken burger I had one time wasdisgusting. The rice were good too. Can?t say the same about the salad. Overall the food tastes authentic they just need toimprove quality in some of their items.
