Ordered thru online delivery... Food was awful.. cold, watered down gravy, paid for large fries but got more like medium. Food... was pricey but would have been ok if we were not this disappointed. Don't order from here ! Staff was rude when we tried totell them the quality of their food so that they can improve. But he was not interested and kept saying complain to Skip... awful food ! Had the knock out box with Big Crunch sandwich popcorn chicken fries and a side gravy. All I have is regret. The Big Crunch did... not have any of the signature flavour. I only tasty a rancid oil taste. The serving of fries and popcorn were much smaller thanexpected. The fries had a dark colour The gravy was thin and soupy with no flavour. I was feeling nostalgic about kfc andthought a new location would be a safe bet on turning out a higher quality / well prepared meal. I was so wrong. I walked in and immediately felt uncomfortable. The staff were not friendly at all and were talking and laughing while i was... standing there. I was the only one standing there. I understand if you're new and learning but I work in a customer service role- you should still be friendly at least. I asked to use the washroom and it was disgusting. I usually like KFC but this location dreadful. There is something VERY wrong here. I gave them a few chances as they were new... but no more. Every order has been slow, very greasy and/or poor tasting. My first order had a puddle of grease at the bottom ofthe bucket and the most recent looked like it had been refried multiple times. I pre-ordered from Skip at 245pm for a 5pm delivery. When the food arrived everything was cold. The fries soggy, gravy was... watered down and tasteless. I suspected that they cooked the food early and let it sit till delivery time. I called the storeand spoke to the supervisor who deferred me right away to Skip. I asked him if he was interested in my complaint in order toimprove the food, his response, he was sorry and there's nothing he could do. Told me to contact Skip. I would give them a zeroif I could. Worst KFC and even worse service. Don't waste your hard earned money on sub-standard food and dreadful customerservice. Be warned my friends. Read more
