I ordered the beef Korean BBQ? I was very disappointed. The meat was poor quality, lots of fatty meat and bones, not much... quality beef. To top it off there were few veggies, just rice and sauce. Read more
Not the best experience today compared to experiences at other locations. Staff member at front was a bit rude. I decided I... wanted a drink too and cancelled the debit transaction. He made me do a separate transaction. Ok. Sure. The business shouldhave the capability to exit and add more items. Because of this, I wasn't able to make my meals combo's. It's ok but a missedopportunity for the business to make MORE money. Also upon eating my food ( I had bibimbap) I ate a brocoli piece with anunatural crunch. There was dirt.... yes DIRT on my broccoli... in my mouth! I guess they don't wash their veggies? Mycompanion's meal was noodles with beef and there was very very very little meat in his dish too. We paid extra for the proteinsand it wasn't worth that price. All in all a very very disappointing experience. Kimchi management please attend to theaforementioned issued in your store. The foods are super extremely delicious. Their staffs are very friendly and supportive. They made my orders very quick and... fresh. Customers only reviewed when they were disappointed, when they satisfied no one gave a good review. The reviews areuseless. They should be deserved to get more good reviews. The guy taking my order was so rude/giving attitude, scoffing at me for wanting extra kimchi on bibimbap, as if its a hassle to... him and as if its a weird to request for wanting more kimchi. The meal was good, but the service left a bad taste in the mouth.This happened at around 3-4pm, Nov13. I know that if I mix the bibimbap, I will get the same result of a kimchi rice, but Iwanted it fried on the wok, that's why I asked.
