Me and wife decided to have a really good pho for dinner one night and we searched a good pho near us at the time and Pho Cuu... Long was the top restaurant. Our server was great even though it was just her working at the time and they were busy but sheacknowledge us right away! That is what I appreciate with today's customer service. Have been here probably four times over the course of a couple years. It's pretty large inside, have never had issues with... getting a table. Service is always quick and friendly! First ordering takeout from this restaurant. Pickup was ready as promised. Nice modern decor. Host was very pleasant and... professional. Ordered the mango salad, deluxe vermicelli, beef with vegetables and chicken fried rice. All very fresh,generous helpings, hot and tasty. I would rate all the dishes 8-9 except mango salad. I?ve only had one other mango salad whichwas delicious. This was only a 5. Tasted too much like coleslaw because of all the cabbage. I will definitely be back, less themango salad.
