I called ahead of time to ask if they had gluten free pizza. I was welcomed on the phone by a kind employee Anna. When I arrived... at Pronto Pizzeria, I was kindly greeted by Anna. She walked me through the pizza making experience. She even took the attentionto detail and the extra time to ensure fresh ingredients for gluten free. 10/10. I couldn't imagine how this pizza could have been improved. Excellent cheese(not saputo), crust was so tasty and crunchy,... the sauce was a little sweet to compliment the salt and the cook was indeed fire roasted. Nice crispy dark bits. I had sometrouble understanding what the staff were saying, but that didnt impact my experience. Read more
