Love this place! I cannot have gluten dairy, or anything made with red meat or sugar added, they have all my restrictive diet... covered. Vegan cheese, gluten free crusts and veggie and chicken options for toppings...only things I wish they had is veganpepperoni /salami or Beyond Meat Italian sausage...which I plan on suggesting to them...P.S. I ordered 3 large pizzas and a large garlic cheese sticks. Asked them to go based off my previous order as i always do. I go in... to find out that whoever took my previous decided they were going to change up my entire order. Instead of putting in 3 of the 2topper pizzas, they entered it in as a 3 large pizza deal with 3 toppings each which i never asked for. All that sorted out ileft with my pizzas, to get home i open up my chicken pizza which i had specifically asked for bacon on had no bacon. I calledthe store and spoke to the lady who answered the phone and she spoke to her supervisor who refused to come on the phone and theyoffered to give me a credit for the one topping that they missed. I requested again to speak to the supervisor but then theyhung up on me. I then called back and in was answered by a man named Gurpinder who from the get go was very rude to me and toldme that he has every right to speak to me the way he was even though he was not the supervisor. He even told me to never go backto the store or ever call them to order a pizza from their store. So i decided to go back to the store which was a 20 minutedrive to return my pizza and get a refund.... i walk in and the same guy (Gurpreet) confronts me and i ask for the supervisorwho turns out to be the owner whose name is Matthew stands there and watches his employee still speak to us in a rude anddisrespect my mother but would not take any action what so ever. I asked for an apology from the employee and thesupervisor/owner said his employee had done nothing wrong and that if we do not leave he will call 911. I am not happy at withthe way my mother and i got treated by the employees and the owner and at the end we were told that there was nothing wrong withthe way we were spoken to and that he cannot do anything more than to tell us not to come back to his store ever again. Came in to try the pizza from this newly opened Red Swan and it was fantastic. We had ordered 3 medium pizzas, chicken BBQ,... Pepperoni, and Hawaiian with the sesame seed crust. It was to die for. The customer service provided by Jatin was impeccable,having us take a seat while looking at a menu (there were plenty of vegetarian options). Felt like a dine in even though it wastake out. The establishment was very clean and modern, we will never forget the smell of the pizza environment. We definitelywill be coming back, not just because of the pizza but because of Jatin.
