First of all, it was our server who really made our experience great! She was super friendly and made wonderful suggestions to... us. The food was perfect in every way (steak done perfectly rare and chicken not over cooked) and wonderfully tasty! The onlything that I found unpleasant was the amount of grease used in the vegetables of the day. Silver Heights does it again!! What a fabulous place. My friend and I had a lovely, relaxed dinner. Our server engaged with us,... was attentive without hovering. The Cesar salad was fresh and crisp with just the right amount of dressing. The huge serving of3 beef ribs was amazing. Roasted veggies and baked potato rounded out the entre.
