Our wings were very salty, and the service was disorganized and the waitresses could not get our orders correct. Went here for lunch on a saturday. Food came relatively quickly. Had onion rings as an appetizer which were good. I ordered a... breakfast platter and my fiance ordered a soup and poutine. I really enjoyed my food, value was good. My fiance liked herpoutine, but didn't like the soup. I tried her soup (broccoli and cheddar??) which was not very good indeed, tasted just likemilky soup. We came here because it was one of the few places open on Canada Day. The service was okay, they were busy. So there wasn't a... lot of attention to coffees and drinks. There was a wait for the menu and a bigger wait for food. When the food arrived it wasall very bland really. And the bacon tasted off. The cubed browns were good. *EDIT* recieved a gift card, and went back and ordered the same thing. Much better this time around. Were sat at the same table... as well. Other than the weird fact that someone stabbed a couple sugar packets with a pen and put then back in the holder, itwas a fine meal experience. Ordered big country breakfast, girlfriend Ordered the skillet both with scrambled eggs, noticed noprices or selection of beverages on the menu. Asked for half orange juice half cranberry juice, was told by server that theywould put it through as just orange juice which was fine, until they brought me just orange juice and I had to ask if theyforgot, they fixed it so no problem. Received the food and the eggs looked like a chopped up thin layer of eggs instead of beingscrambled. Eggs were tough, chewy and flavorless. I didn't even bother trying to finish them. During the meal we were asked ifwe wanted more coffee and after 5 minutes were brought coffee by someone else. Disappointed in the quality of food for the 18dollar price tag. Came here for wing night last night and my partner and friend ordered for me. My wings came and it was the wrong flavour so we... told our server and instead of apologizing, Manveer told my partner that he ordered the wrong kind. My friend also heard mypartner order the right flavour. The server gave me two options: to keep it or order more wings. I just ended up eating themanyway because I wasn?t gonna order more wings that I can?t eat or take home. No apologies from the server whatsoever, and ontop of that he charged me extra for ranch even though he knows he got my order wrong. I used to be a server so I know what goodcustomer service in the hospitality industry looks like, and the server definitely needs to be trained more. St James Smitty?sdefinitely has better customer service, I recommend that location over this one. Read more
