I?m sorry that I cannot give a minus 5 star rating. We got there at 11:45 am and placed our order after having a drink. At 1:15,... I left the restaurant without having eaten because I had to go back to work. My 3 companions stayed and had their lunch about 20minutes after I left. 2 HOURS for a soup and sandwich? They also had the audacity to attempt to charge my companions for theirinefficient service for my meal that I NEVER RECEIVED. Worst service personnel I have ever witnessed in a restaurant. Everyonewas standing by the kitchen window instead of explaining the poor service to their guests. Won?t make that mistake ever again? Read more

Went for the first time and was the worst restaurant experience i have ever had. I ordered the fish tacos, which I observed on... the ready shelf for at least 20 minutes if not longer (we were a group of 6). When it finally came it was cold and sad looking(no longer crispy). I sent them back and had overcooked burnt fish with an overdressed salad returned. The food dod not tastegood, i would never serve that to anyone. Needless to say, I hardly ate any of it. They had one waitress working her butt offservicing the entire restaurant, while the other employees meandered around not doing much. They said they would take somemoney off my bill but never did. 2 friends' burgers were very dry. Its like they dont have any management or understandflavors/cooking. Absolutely terrible food and service. However, I tipped our waitress as i really felt for her and herunreasonable workload. Read more
