Love this location. It has been my favourite location for years now. Its always clean and organised and the people who work there are always so polite and helpful. I've never had any problems here. Highly recommend.

Eaten here many times. It's one of the few places open a little later in the downtown core. Good sandwiches. Ask for double meat. Nice view of some exchange district architecture.

Update a month later: Bf went there recently, the male employee in particular doesn't seem to work there anymore and there are new female employees who wash and change their gloves after every customer, as they're supposed to. We are pleased with the change and he didn't get food poisoning this time lol. Bf went there yesterday evening, and got food poisoning. The staff there don't wash their hands properly, as he has witnessed, except for one female employee. Not impressed and will never go to that location. Disgusting.

I went in today to buy my lunch. I order oven roasted chicken combo with double chocolate cookie and a pop. Cookies were not fresh at all. It has repeatedly happened with me twice in row, last week and today. Cookies were so hard and chewy. I wanted to speak to manager about the same, but she wasn't there and spoke to assistant manager Fred, he was very rude in replying. I just returned my cookies to him, instead of apologizing, he kept on doing his work. He didn't even bother to ask me if I want my money back. I have been a regular customer and was not expecting a such rude behavior from assistant manager, he should know his job and should know how to deal with people.

Helpful staff. Some friends and myself made a trip out to Winnipeg with no idea where to go a few months back. We got lost in the hustle and bustle of the Portage area. The girl working the counter was informative of good spots for tourists. It might not seem like much but her help made for a more satisfying and memorable time. The food was good too haha.
