No wonder you have a low google rating. Maybe that's the reason why your store doesn't have any customers during a sunday... dinner. Staff are idiots, yelling at people from across the foodcourt since their pinpads are not working properly. Train yourstaff or just hire better ones. I ordered a salad and went into the food court dining area to eat my dinner. Halfway through my meal the worker starts YELLING... at me from ACROSS THE FOOD COURT that my payment didn?t go through. After going back up to repay she said that it was an errorwith the pin pad and she had to reset it. How humiliating for me that she would yell across the food court like that. Superembarrasing and then it was actually the pin pad not the card! I work in fast food service and I know that if the guest hadalready left I wouldn?t go chasing them down? same thing should go here. Terrible customer service. I was probably doublecharged too..
