Byfar one of the worst Tim's. I've gone to this location several times. The employees only want to sell coffee and purposely mess up food orders to discourage patrons from ordering food in the future. Today I ordered a sandwich, and it looked like it was made by someone who's never made a sandwich in their life. I don't think you can fail this hard at making a sandwich without trying. If you ever order food from here, you'll be waiting a while, if they have it in stock at all.
I have been ordering everything bagel with cream cheese since years now at this location, but since last couple of weeks there is almost no cream cheese in my bagel. I have been telling the cashier this since a while but seems like nothing is being taken into consideration. The employees are not bothered about the customer complaints.
Oh my goodness, maybe it was because it was the lunch hour, or because covid has some workers isolating, but it was sooooo slow! Almost ended up leaving. When I got to the front of the line, they were out of what I had come for. Clean store and friendly staff though.
The amount of time it takes for them to put bacon on anything is beyond inconvenient. Been waiting here for 10 minutes for what literally is maple leaf ready crisp bacon..
Its so frustrating that I have to leave a negative review for this location. Most of the staff is lovely, however I guarantee they've not received adequate training. Service is agonizingly slow, orders come out wrong regularly, they're frequently running out of things that should be "staples" (eg, wraps). The mobile app almost every week has a different weekday that's listed as closed, however when you walk by they're open, every. Time.
This Tim Hortons is unfortunately the worst location I have ever been too. I work downtown within a 2 minute walk of it and after today, I will never order from there again... Everytime I come to this location, the service is extremely slow because they are severely understaffed even during the lulls of the day. I often order only for staff to tell me 3 minutes later that they ran out of whatever I ordered... Today was the last straw. I ordered 2 different breakfast sandwiches and a few minutes later they informed me that sausage would take another 7 minutes and if it was ok for me to get bacon instead. I said sure since I had already been there a while and I thought they would be bringing out my sandwhiches right away if I agreed. Nope! 12 minutes later they gave me my sandwiches and I asked if they could instead have sausage on them since I had waited much longer than the 7 minutes. They said there wasnt any sausage for another 7 minutes... The icing on the cake? One of the sandwiches was to have bacon and sausage, and instead of double bacon they put one small slice of bacon on it... Never again will I come here. The staff are nice, but not properly trained (and maybe trained to lie to customers to move them through) and severely understaffed.
I go to this location daily. M-F. Since the roll up the rim started I have received only about half of the rolls. It looks like the roll up the rim is only for a select few. I also order a Canadian Maple donut daily. For the last 3 weeks they no longer put the cream inside. I no longer take the donut if I don?t see the puncture in the side of the donut.
I can sayyy that this is the best ?herb and garlic? begal ? i have had in myyyy entirrreeeeee liffffeeeee !!!! ????? OMG !! It was soooooo yummmmyyy ? absolutely loved it ? wonderful service !!!
