We had the bison pizza and tacos. They were so delicious. My husband kept joking that we have to come back and try every pizza.... So we will definitely be back. I kind of wish the place was set up restaurant style though. Currently, you seat yourself, andgo up to the bar area to order food and drinks and they bring it to you. But when it?s busy there is a line up. We were alsositting at the spot right next to the bar area (it was the only spot available) so I was a bit uncomfortable with multiplepeople standing right next to me throughout my meal. Read more

Amazing beer selection! We had a few flights to start and were impressed by all the beer we tasted. The pizza was delicious, we... had three at our table. We had vegan cheese on the veggie one, which was an amazing option Read more

We came here with a group of friends to get some beer flights and food. We ordered pizzas and tacos. The pizzas were delicious... and I would definitely recommend trying them out! The tacos were alottle pricey for what they were but they were delicious andhomemade. Where they lost their 2 stars was service. When we got our food the staff member asked if we wanted parm and chiliflakes. We said yes, and watched the employee go chat up another customer. He dragged his feet the entire time and looked likehe didn't want to be there. After we waited for about 5 minutes we started eating. Half way through our pizza, we saw anemployee walking around and a member of our table got up and asked for the parm/chili flakes. The orginal employee who asked usabout the parm and chili flakes was never to be seen again. ( we sat patio.) Then my husband wanted a TCB glass and some beers. We went to the store where there was an employee putting some stuff away, didn't ask if we needed anything etc. Which is finebecause we knew what we wanted. As we collected our glasses, and beers we went to the counter to pay and there was no onearound. We waited for a few minutes and decided that we're were done for the night. We went and put everything back, and I don'tthink we will be returning in the future. Great beer/food but the service turned us off. Read more

TCB brewing was our second stop on a micro brewery tour my buddy and I just embarked upon. We had heard that TCB has great pizza... so we went there to try it out as well as their tasty beer. I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars, but 4 will do because they do needto improve a tiny bit. First, the good stuff. TCB has some of the best beer brewed in Winnipeg. They give torque Brewing a runfor their money. Their tap room, however, is above and beyond. With more food offerings than their competitors. The pizza wasas good as it?s reputation, the only issue being that the toppings weren?t spread evenly over the whole pizza. In other words, some slices had hardly any toppings while others were flush with them. The hand tossed dough was delightful. I also liked theway they marked their flight paddles. They use magnets opposite the 4 ounce glasses and put a bottle cap of what the beer youare drinking opposite. One thing that was a little surprising was that the customer is required to go to the bar and get theirown beer and order their food. Not a big deal Because the food is brought out to you after it is ready. Just a littlesurprising, but this is a tap room after all. Very nice ambience and we loved the fact that we could see the brewery throughthe glass windows. I will definitely be going back there again! Read more

Great selection of beer on tap. Menu is mostly pizza, few appetizers and salads. The pizza is OK, I think it used to be Tommy?s... Pizza but not sure what it is now, but it?s definitely changed. If your not a huge pizza fan, I?d skip it?. Friendly staff, large amount of space with lots of seating. Patio. On-site merchandise and beer to go! Read more
