Can't recommend this place enough. This is more than just a 'burger joint', there is "art" and a lot of care and thought in... these burgers, and all of their dishes. It is one place I will never ask to "alter or substitute" in any way. They portion andcombine ingredients to make it a complete experience. It's more than just "throw this stuff on a burger". They are well thoughtout and masterfully prepared. When you go there, try to resist the urge to order a burger "without X". They've done a good jobof building their burgers around all the (always fresh) ingredients. They have surprised me on multiple occasions by makingsomething I would usually ask to have removed - fit in perfectly, and complete the experience. The Milkshake menu is worth thetrip as well. I really enjoyed my meal here. I had the Southwest Chicken Burger with a Chocolate Strawberry milkshake. The chicken had just... the right amount of crisp to it and size of the burger is a lot bigger than what you'd normally find at mainstream fast foodchains. The service was quick and friendly. I came in with an appetite and I left withmy tank contentedly full! I ate the burger and some fries?a good size burger and generous amount of fries!
