Not a good location. Very expensive compared to other locations and extremely cheap with everything right down to the... dough. Dough was very thin, almost paper thin, and very minimal toppings that were micro cut. Definitely won't be back. Read more
Not much toppings they put, customer service was terrible. I wanted it to go but the lady said she "doesn't have any boxes"... which was a lie because she quickly corrected herself saying she does have a box but its not made. So I made her get one for me,and she gave me a stare saying "seriously?" I literally had to help her make the box up which can easily be constructed a 12year old could do it. My impression was she was just lazy to construct the box. Never going here again. Read more
Saw this place in polo park and decided to give it a try. I ordered a snack size pizza which is supposed to be $8.99 (1 topping... and cheese) and a bottle of water. The lady working is the person who made my pizza and also took my payment, when I noticed mypayment came to $16.00 I was confused and asked the lady for a receipt to see if I was charged too much. The lady said ?one sec?and went on to make more pizzas.. I then assumed that my receipt would be on my tray so I waited. After getting to my table Inoticed it was not on the tray so I went back. As soon as she saw me she knew why I was back and before saying anything she said?I charged you for a regular size pizza? so she knew what she did meanwhile she made the pizza and knew what I ordered. Iencourage everyone who buys from here to always check your receipt because not only did she rip myself off but also my familymember. In the end they did refund the difference but this should not have happened in the first place. Read more
First time ordering here with mother, decided upon take-out after some light shopping. A variety of options, though near the... time it was ordered there were not a lot of visual options to select from on display, just from the menu boards. We were linedup first, but the cashier decided to take the next person in line?s order before us.. that was ok I guess as we were still indebate of what to order and once we decided, he had already started the next person?s order causing an even longer wait time forus. Ordered a build your own pizza with cheese, pineapples and black olives. This was a bit on the disappointing side as in thepicture you can tell it was a little over cooked and too burnt for my liking. It diminished the flavour and was not appetizingto the eyes, nor to the mouth to eat. Price was okay, but not worth it for the pizza we received. It literally tasted burntthroughout from the first bite. Did not enjoy. First and last time coming here. For the above reasons it is a 3/5 stars. Shouldthe decision change in the future, I will update my rating/review. Read more
